“God is in control, REGARDLESS”
Greetings to all my brothers and sisters,
We all hear and say God is in control. But do we really mean it in every situation? To say God is in control, REGARDLESS, no matter what the circumstance we are facing really exposes the depth of our faith in Him at that moment.
In Luke 1:37 the Bible says “For nothing is impossible with God”. This verse means that God is capable of doing anything He wants to do at anytime. So when we put our faith in God to take us through a tough time, we are trusting that no matter how it plays out, our loving God is overseeing us in the trial we are facing at the time.
Every time you are challenged in life, make sure you say that God is in control, REGARDLESS. The word regardless makes you pray to Him until you are fully surrendered to Him and you really trust Him with your current problem at the time.
In Luke 21:18-19 the Bible says “But not a hair of your head will perish. By standing ï¬?rmyouwillgainlife”. Not one hair on your head will perish. God is fully engaged in your life everyday … BE FULLY ENGAGED IN HIM.
As we approach the Christmas season, let us really stay in touch with what Jesus means to us. Here are some great scriptures to hold on to:
TRUST IN THE LORD WITH ALL YOUR HEART AND LEAN NOT ON YOUR OWN UNDERSTANDING; IN ALL YOUR WAYS ACKNOWLEDGE HIM, AND HE WILL MAKE YOUR PATHS STRAIGHT. Proverbs 3:5-7.
BUT BLESSED IS THE MAN WHO TRUSTS IN THE LORD, WHOSE CONFIDENCE IS IN HIM. HE WILL BE LIKE A TREE PLANTED BY THE WATER THAT SENDS OUT ITS ROOTS BY THE STREAM. IT DOES NOT FEAR WHEN HEAT COMES; ITS LEAVES ARE ALWAYS GREEN. IT HAS NO WORRIES IN A YEAR OF DROUGHT AND NEVER FAILS TO BEAR FRUIT. Jeremiah 17:7-8.
NOW FAITH IS BEING SURE OF WHAT WE HOPE FOR AND CERTAIN OF WHAT WE DO NOT SEE. Hebrews 11:1.
AND WITHOUT FAITH IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO PLEASE GOD, BECAUSE ANYONE WHO COMES TO HIM MUST BELIEVE THAT HE EXISTS AND THAT HE REWARDS THOSE WHO EARNESTLY SEEK HIM. Hebrews 11:6.
HE WILL BE GREAT AND WILL BE CALLED THE SON OF THE MOST HIGH. THE LORD GOD WILL GIVE HIM THE THRONE OF HIS FATHER DAVID, AND HE WILL REIGN OVER THE HOUSE OF JACOB FOREVER; HIS KINGDOM WILL NEVER END.
Life is short, then we get to go to Heaven,
Merry Christmas,
Chris Chloupek
